This is actually the hidden character in TMNT. Due to lack of usefulness the TMNT dumped him. He developed a certain kind of aura which greatly affect people around him to move...v...e....r.....y

So slow that even olympics runners run beside him it make them seems like they are just brisk walking and the only one running is him. Somehow he managed to disguise himself as one of us! OMGWTFBBQHAX!
